Intimation of change.—Every conductor of a stage carriage shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 30 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
