Surrender of certificate.—Every lottery agent who ceases to carry on the sale of lottery tickets shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 41 of the manner in which every grant held by him has been disposed of.
