Application for registration.—Every keeper of a place of public resort carrying on the conduct of a place of public resort shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form VIII, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
