Clause 2, Disaster Management (Relief material Control) Order, 2023 [SAZ-8M8]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "operator of a critical facility" means a person carrying on the operation of a critical facility; (c) "stock" means a stock received, held or disposed of by a operator of a critical facility in the course of the operation of a critical facility; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
