Surrender of certificate.—Every multimodal transport operator who ceases to carry on the business of multimodal transport shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every agreement held by him has been disposed of.
