Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a public office who ceases to carry on the holding of a public office shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every report of the commission held by him has been disposed of.
