Intimation of change.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor shall intimate to the Ombudsman, in Form I and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
