Surrender of certificate.—Every insolvency professional who ceases to carry on the conduct of insolvency resolution shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ADT-1 of the manner in which every books of account held by him has been disposed of.
