Grant of certificate of registration.—The Registrar of Companies shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of one thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form INC-1 within forty-five days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every register of charges stated in the application.
