Application for registration.—Every insolvency professional carrying on the conduct of insolvency resolution shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form CHG-1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every books of account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
