Maintenance of premises.—Every insolvency professional shall keep the premises where the conduct of insolvency resolution is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register of members kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the conduct of insolvency resolution, and shall furnish to the Registrar of Companies in Form INC-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
