Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of cosmetics shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form 19 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
