Application for registration.—Every generating company carrying on the generation of electricity shall make an application for registration to the State Commission in Form IV, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every storage tank held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
