Safe custody.—Every retirement adviser shall keep every remittance challan to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the advising of subscribers is carried on, shall record in Form 2 the description of every remittance challan so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal within thirty days of the close of each year.
