Application for registration.—Every retirement adviser carrying on the advising of subscribers shall make an application for registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 19, within fifteen days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every permanent retirement account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
