Surrender of certificate.—Every polling agent who ceases to carry on attendance at a polling station shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electoral Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 17A of the manner in which every poster held by him has been disposed of.
