Application for registration.—Every carrier carrying on the carriage of passengers to India shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate of naturalisation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
