Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a camping site dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Museum Board in Form III, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of antiquities then held; and the Museum Board shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
