Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the specialised adoption agency shall apply to the Commission in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
