Application for registration.—Every specialised adoption agency carrying on the placement of children in adoption shall make an application for registration to the Commission in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every home study report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
