Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any specialised adoption agency dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Commission in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
