Intimation of change.—Every breeder shall intimate to the Appellate Board, in Form 2 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty thousand rupees.
