Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of drugs shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 21 of the manner in which every test report held by him has been disposed of.
