Intimation of change.—Every recruiting agent shall intimate to the Registration Officer, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
