Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the recruiting agent shall apply to the Registration Officer in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Registration Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
