Surrender of certificate.—Every air traffic controller who ceases to carry on the control of air traffic shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-4 of the manner in which every certificate of airworthiness held by him has been disposed of.
