Regulation 29, National Medical Commission (Manner of Application of Ambulance operators) Regulations, 2022 [SAY-7HK]

Fees.—The fee of two thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the National Medical Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 20; and the National Medical Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within thirty days of its receipt.
