Application for registration.—Every ambulance operator carrying on the operation of ambulances shall make an application for registration to the National Medical Commission in Form 25, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every drug held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
