Intimation of change.—Every ambulance operator shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 21 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
