Regulation 5, National Medical Commission (Manner of Application of Ambulance operators) Regulations, 2022 [SAY-6S7]

Destruction of records.—A record maintained under these regulations shall not be destroyed before the expiry of the period for which these regulations require it to be preserved; and every ambulance operator who destroys a record after that period shall enter the particulars of the record destroyed and the date of its destruction in Form 20-B, and shall furnish an extract of that entry to the National Medical Commission within sixty days of the destruction.
