Application for registration.—Every operator of a passport service centre carrying on the running of a passport service centre shall make an application for registration to the passport authority in Form C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of naturalisation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
