Intimation of change.—Every operator of a passport service centre shall intimate to the passport authority, in Form A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the passport authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees.
