Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any hereditary trustee dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every donation receipt then held; and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
