Intimation of change.—Every hereditary trustee shall intimate to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
