Application for registration.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant carrying on the sponsoring of a visa applicant shall make an application for registration to the Immigration Officer in Form A, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every registration certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
