Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any supplier of relief materials dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the National Executive Committee in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of shelters then held; and the National Executive Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
