Application for registration.—Every foreman of a chit carrying on the conduct of a chit shall make an application for registration to the Director of Industries in Form E, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
