Maintenance of premises.—Every limited liability partnership shall keep the premises where the business of a limited liability partnership is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register of charges kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the business of a limited liability partnership, and shall furnish to the Tribunal in Form DIR-12, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
