Intimation of change.—Every limited liability partnership shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form INC-22 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
