Surrender of certificate.—Every limited liability partnership who ceases to carry on the business of a limited liability partnership shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form DIR-12 of the manner in which every resolution held by him has been disposed of.
