Authorised agent.—Any limited liability partnership may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Tribunal in Form INC-22 the name and address of the agent within seven days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and twenty days of the revocation.
