Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the limited liability partnership shall apply to the Tribunal in Form DIR-12 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
