Regulation 2, IBBI (Appeals of Limited liability partnerships) Regulations, 2022 [SAX-S1S]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016); (b) "limited liability partnership" means a person carrying on the business of a limited liability partnership; (c) "minutes book" means a minutes book received, held or disposed of by a limited liability partnership in the course of the business of a limited liability partnership; (d) "Form MGT-7" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
