Application for registration.—Every diagnostic laboratory carrying on the running of a diagnostic laboratory shall make an application for registration to the State Medical Council in Form 25, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
