Surrender of certificate.—Every facility management agency who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a housing complex shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every rent receipt held by him has been disposed of.
