Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999 (Gujarat Act 11 of 1999); (b) "guarantee holder" means a person carrying on the holding of a Government guarantee; (c) "contract" means a contract received, held or disposed of by a guarantee holder in the course of the holding of a Government guarantee; (d) "Form GFR 40" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
