Surrender of certificate.—Every coaching centre who ceases to carry on the running of a coaching centre shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every attendance register held by him has been disposed of.
