Surrender of certificate.—Every whistle blower who ceases to carry on the making of public interest disclosures shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every information held by him has been disposed of.
