Application for registration.—Every whistle blower carrying on the making of public interest disclosures shall make an application for registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every public register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
