Surrender of certificate.—Every freight forwarder by rail who ceases to carry on the forwarding of freight by rail shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every advertisement board held by him has been disposed of.
